Adwait has a Bachelor’s degree in Comm. from Symbiosis College of Commerce followed by a Master’s in Financial Analysis and Fund Management from the University of Exeter, England.

R. Venkitachalam is the Chairman of Bizsol Group. He had been the CEO of companies like VIP Industries Ltd., DGP Windsor (India) Ltd., and Lifeline Healthcare Enterprises Ltd. Substantive part of his career was with VIP Industries which under his stewardship scaled great heights in terms of business success by implementing innovative management practices. He has headed the Finance and Secretarial functions in VIP Industries Ltd.

Ashok Nawal, was a fellow member of Institute of Cost & Management Accountant of India. He is Founder of Bizsolindia Services Pvt. Ltd. He is practicing Cost and Management Accountant. He is presently Central Council Member of ICAI-CMA.

Manoj Behede, is Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and associate member of Institute of Cost & Management Accountant of India. He is Principal Advisor of Bizsolindia Services Pvt. Ltd and senior partner in Behede Joshi & Associate, Chartered Accountant.
