R. Venkitachalam is the Chairman of Bizsol Group. He had been the CEO of companies like VIP Industries Ltd., DGP Windsor (India) Ltd., and Lifeline Healthcare Enterprises Ltd. Substantive part of his career was with VIP Industries which under his stewardship scaled great heights in terms of business success by implementing innovative management practices. He has headed the Finance and Secretarial functions in VIP Industries Ltd.
He is a Commerce Graduate and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has served on the Local Advisory Committee of Oman International Bank and was also a member of the Board of Management of Nashik People’s Co operative Bank.
Mr. Venkitachalam has been the head of local industries associations and has published a number of articles in professional journals. He has served on the Board of Management of Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University besides being a former member of the Governing Council of Maharashtra Chamber of Commerce.
